It all started with passion and a dream for Tarry and Kristine Giannakos. In 2005, the espresso enthusiast and baking wonder opened the doors of Crema. They poured their hearts into the business; after nearly two decades and countless joyful memories, the duo were ready for a change of pace. Finding the right person to take over the business was no small feat. They needed someone who shared their vision.

Luke acquired Crema in 2018 and went to work re-imaging the space and expanding the business—with the guiding principle of preserving the essence of the café and building upon what already worked.

We source the highest quality ingredients for all that we serve our guests. Locally roasted espresso, high grade flour for our baking and pizza, organic Italian olive oil, and world class wines to complement our food. Our interior is designed with the intention to inspire.
